PlayGrid / Support
A little help.
One more try.
Find answers about game progress, preferences, and playing on Android or the web.
Getting started
Open the web game collection, choose a game, read its controls, and select Play. The Android app is coming soon to Google Play; there is no public store download yet.
Your saves
Game data stays in the browser or Android installation where you play. It does not sync between devices or between the web and Android versions.
Matchcraft and Grid Shift can save supported unfinished games. Neon Coil, Prism Break, and Comet Dash save best results, not unfinished runs. Check each game's storage message; unavailable or full storage can make results temporary.
Resetting local data
- On the web, close other PlayGrid tabs, especially older previews.
- Open Settings in the PlayGrid app or web version.
- Choose the reset option and read the confirmation before continuing.
A reset removes preferences, favourites, recent games, and saved progress for that installation. A reset marker remains to prevent open game tabs from restoring old saves. Your Android installation and browser must be reset separately.
You can also clear PlayGrid's app storage or uninstall on Android, or clear the PlayGrid site's data through browser settings. These actions remove local records. XSPARC cannot recover your local saves.
