PlayGrid has no accounts, advertising, in-app purchases, or product analytics. Game progress and preferences stay on your device. The installed Android app bundles the games for offline play. Visiting the web version and emailing support involve separate services described below.
1. Who we are and what this covers
PlayGrid is published by XSPARC (also written as xsparc), the independent developer and publisher identity of Louijie Compo. This policy covers the PlayGrid Android app, package com.xsparc.playgrid, and the PlayGrid web version at playgrid-web.louijie-compo-pro.workers.dev.
The Android app is currently pre-release. This policy describes its current implementation and the available web previews. For this product website, see XSPARC website privacy information.
2. Data stored on your device
PlayGrid uses local storage to remember preferences, favourites, recently launched games, best results, and supported unfinished runs. This information is used to provide those features. It is not sent to a PlayGrid server and does not sync between devices.
On Android, records stay in the app's local WebView storage, separate from your browser. In the web version, they stay in the browser and site where you play. Android cloud backup and device transfer of app data are disabled.

Local records are not verified competitive scores or cloud backups. Storage may be blocked, full, or unavailable; in that case, results can last only for the current session. Game notices explain saving limitations. Matchcraft checkpoints progress after game changes and every five seconds of active play; an abrupt close can lose changes since the last completed save.
3. Collection, use, and sharing
Playing in the Android app
The installed app loads bundled games and does not need to load the Cloudflare website to play. It does not transmit game records to a developer backend. The current app contains no advertising, analytics, billing, social-login, or push-notification SDK configured to collect your data.
Visiting the web version
Cloudflare hosts the web version and may process ordinary request and security information, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to serve content and protect the service. This hosting activity is separate from the local game records described above. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Contacting support
If you choose to email XSPARC, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you provide. We use that information to respond to your question, troubleshoot the problem, or handle your privacy request. Our email provider, Google/Gmail, processes correspondence to deliver and store email. See Google's privacy policy. Please do not send passwords, financial information, or other unnecessary sensitive details.
PlayGrid does not sell your game data or send it to advertisers. If you follow a link to an external service, that service handles your interaction under its own policy.
4. Retention and deletion
Local game data
Local records remain until you reset or remove them, the game replaces older records within the limits above, or your browser or operating system clears storage. There is no PlayGrid account or server-side game profile to delete.
- Inside PlayGrid: open Settings and use the local-data reset option. Read and confirm the reset. A non-personal reset marker remains to prevent current game tabs from restoring older saves.
- Android: clearing PlayGrid's app storage or uninstalling the app removes its local records.
- Web: clear data for the PlayGrid site in your browser. Close older PlayGrid tabs before a reset so they cannot restore obsolete records.
Resetting this XSPARC website does not clear data belonging to the PlayGrid web app. Android and browser data are separate. We cannot remotely recover or delete records stored only on your device.
Support correspondence
We delete support emails and any attachments within 90 days after the support request is resolved. You can request earlier deletion by emailing louijie.compo.pro@gmail.com.
Service-provider data
Cloudflare and Google handle service data under their own applicable retention and deletion practices, described in their policies linked above. Device-data resets do not delete records held by those services.
5. Security and permissions
The web version uses HTTPS. Android game records are held in the app's local storage; cloud backup and device transfer are disabled, and the app disables cleartext network traffic. Local records are not an encrypted vault: anyone with sufficient access to your device or browser may be able to view, change, or remove them. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
The Android app declares internet access for its WebView platform. The current app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, media/storage, or notification permissions. Its bundled games work offline after installation.
6. Audience
PlayGrid is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. This describes the intended audience, not an assigned Google Play content rating. If you have concerns about information a child has sent to support, contact us using the address below.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when PlayGrid's data practices change and revise the date above. Changes to the app's data handling will also need to be reflected in its in-app disclosures. Review the policy for the version you use.
